Ordering from a PAGE supplier is simple. Just contact the supplier and let them know that you are a PAGE member. They will ship you the product (or supply the services) and PAGE will pay the bill. PAGE then contacts the member for payment.

The process generally takes approximately a week for credit insurance and board review.

The process can take up to four months and not all suppliers are approved as PAGE Preferred Suppliers. PAGE suppliers are first interviewed by PAGE staff and then reviewed by the PAGE Supplier Evaluation Committee. The Supplier Evaluation Committee meets three times a year and makes their recommendation to the PAGE Board of Directors. The PAGE Board of Directors has the final determination on whether a supplier is approved or not.

A webinar is a web-based seminar that allows for interaction between a PAGE supplier and PAGE members. PAGE recommends logging into a webinar 10 - 15 minutes before the scheduled webinar time to ensure that any technical issues are worked out before the presentation begins.

PAGE Cooperative Forum Sweepstakes (April 1, 2008 to December 30, 2008)

1. How to enter: Visit the PAGE Cooperative website at www.pagecooperative.com/forums. PAGE Cooperative members who ask or answer questions in the PAGE website forums are automatically entered into the PAGE Sweepstakes every time they make a post during the Sweepstakes period. Access to the PAGE website requires a user account. PAGE members can create an account by clicking on "Create an Account" in the upper left corner of the PAGE website at www.pagecooperative.com. PAGE members must log in to access the PAGE forum discussion. By entering the PAGE Sweepstakes, you authorize PAGE Cooperative to use your name. An alternate method of entry is by mailing a postcard with your name, company, business address, telephone number, and e-mail address to: PAGE Cooperative, 700 American Ave. Suite 101, King of Prussia PA, 19406. Postcard entries must be received by the business day before each drawing date. Postcard entrants have the same chance of winning as PAGE forum participants. PAGE Sweepstakes entries become the property of PAGE Cooperative. By entering the PAGE Sweepstakes, you agree to be bound by these Rules.

3. Prizes. A total of three (3) laptop computers will be awarded as PAGE Sweepstakes prizes. The first winner will be selected at random on June 30, 2008 (from those that have entered the contest between April 1, 2008 and June 29, 2008.) The second winner will be selected at random on September 30, 2008 (from those that have entered the contest between June 30, 2008 and September 29, 2008.) The third winner will be selected at random on December 31, 2008 (from those that have entered the contest between September 30, 2008 and December 30, 2008.)

4. To claim your prize: Winner will be notified in a timely manner by e-mail. Winner will have two weeks to respond to the e-mail notification and confirm their address to claim the prize. An alternate winner will be selected and may be used if prize goes unclaimed after the two-week waiting period. Winner may be required to sign releases of liability and/or advertising releases. Winner will be responsible for all applicable taxes, licenses and insurance. PAGE Cooperative members are limited to winning one prize per calendar year. PAGE Cooperative will not be held liable and will be free from harm in the collection of entries and the selection and delivery of the winner and prize.

5. Unclaimed prizes: After reasonable attempts are made to award prizes to winner and/or alternative winner, all unclaimed and unrewarded prizes remain the property of PAGE Cooperative.

6. Value/Odds of winning: Prize is an Apple MacBook laptop computer with a retail value of $1,099. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries.

7. Eligibility: Winner must be a United States resident, 18 or over and employed by a company that is a PAGE member in good standing at the time of the drawing. A list of PAGE member locations can be found here: http://www.pagecooperative.com/membership/member_list.php. Employees of PAGE Cooperative and their immediate family members are ineligible. Prizes are not transferable. Winner of PAGE Sweepstakes awards may be required to sign eligibility releases and guarantees. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state and local laws apply.

8. Release of liability. PAGE Cooperative is not responsible for any injury, accident or harm that befall the winner in any manner associated with entering or winning the PAGE Sweepstakes.

9. Winners' identity: The identity of the PAGE Sweepstakes winner will be available online at http://www.pagecooperative.com/my_home/faq.php within two weeks of the end of the PAGE Sweepstakes.
