The first 30 minutes of the webinar will focus on our Advertising e-Portal Solution, Adinfinitum. Used by more than 500 publications, Adinfinitum currently hosts 3.8 million tearsheets, 25.8 million ads, and 1.8 million invoices. Adinfinitum automates the entire ad process from online ad submission, e-proofing, e-tearsheets, e-invoices, and e-payment.
The online ad submission and electronic proofing creates quick proof turnaround time through email notifications, including multiple reminder emails when ads are approaching deadline. The combined offering of e-tearsheets and invoices allows your advertisers to see their ad printed and in one click see the invoice to which that tearsheet was billed. The one-click e-Payment button serves as the next natural progression to e-Invoices.
